Traditional advisory models optimise for Dependency. They build themselves into your workflow so that if they leave, the system collapses. This is Subscription Slavery. Our objective is different: we aim for obsolescence.
The deliverable is an engine you own, not a retainer you pay.
The Transfer Protocol
A Sovereign engagement includes a transfer protocol. We document every process. We train your team. We hand over the keys. The goal is obsolescence. When we leave, the engine runs without us.
The Anti-Retainer
The retainer model aligns incentives toward not solving the problem. If I solve it completely, the retainer ends. So I am incentivized to keep you dependent. We charge for transformation, not maintenance. We build the system, we transfer ownership, we exit. Your sovereignty is the deliverable.
